Losing your hair isn’t easy, especially when you care about how you look. It’s normal to feel angry or sad about it - sometimes it seems like the last straw.
 
Hair usually grows back after treatment stops.
 
Helpful hints  

 use only mild hair products, and be gentle with your scalp
 avoid irritating your scalp – using hair dryer or hot rollers, hairstyles that pull on your hair, harsh chemicals in colours and perms.
 talk to your hairdresser about ways to deal with it
 talk about your feelings
 use makeup, wigs, hats or jewellery to give you more confidence
