Cancer research and monitoring at The Cancer Council South Australia
Centre for Cancer Control Research The Centre works in partnership with staff of The Cancer Council and covers a broad field of behavioural research with a focus on tobacco control, sun protection, diet, alcohol consumption, physical activity, and psychosocial aspects of cancer care and control. It monitors cancer and cancer risk, and undertakes applied research and evaluation to help inform services directed toward reducing the impact of cancer.
