      The Santos Tour Down Under celebrates 20 years in 2018.

      Cancer Council SA has been the charity partner for 10 years, which has given us the opportunity to undertake cancer awareness activities across the state, and we have made a difference.

      But we can't continue our great work without the help of our amazing Ambassadors.

      You choose where, when and how you volunteer; and of course your family and friends are welcome to join you.

      When:
      Various shifts are available from
      Sunday,14 January to Sunday, 21 January 2018.

      Civic Park AusDay 2018

      Details:

      Australia Day in the beautiful surrounds of Civic Park is always a big hit with families. There'll be a giant 10m dual lane slip-n-slide, jumping castles, food and much more!

      We are looking for small team of Ambassadors to be available throughout the day to offer sunscreen and other healthy lifestyle messages with the community.

      Poolside on Australia Day

      Details:

      In 2018, the Payneham Memorial Swimming Pool is celebrating 50 years. So what better way to celebrate this milestone and our national day than sitting by the pool.

      We are looking for a couple of Ambassadors (or even an Ambassador's family) to enjoy this poolside event and offer sunscreen and cancer support & prevention information to swimmers.

      Marilyn Jetty Swim 2018

      Details:

      The Marilyn Jetty Swim is a major Cancer Council SA community fundraiser and one of the charity partners of the Brighton Jetty Classic. More than 100 fabulous 'Marilyns' line the sea and light up the surrounding shore to raise money for Cancer Council SA. It’s one of the most fun events on our annual calendar!

      We are seeking a team of Ambassadors to support the Marilyns in two locations:

      Dunluce Castle
      - a small team of Ambassadors to help the Marilyns get ready

      The Beach
      - team leader
      - a small team of Ambassadors to share prevention messages and provide sunscreen.

      Sunday, 4 February 2018
      9am to 2pm

      Adelaide International Kite Festival 2018

      Details:

      The Adelaide International Kite Festival brings kite flyers from around the world to the foreshore of Semaphore Beach, brightening the sky and hypnotising spectators with their twists and turns.

      We will be back on the foreshore sharing vital SunSmart and healthy lifestyle messages with approximately 50,000 visitors that will attend the festival over the Easter weekend.

      We're looking for:

      • team leaders (1-2 each day)
      • a small team of Ambassadors (5-6 each day) to share messages and provide sunscreen

      When:
      Saturday, 31 March to Monday, 2 April 2018
      11am to 5pm
