Dry July encourages people to give up alcohol for the month of July and raise funds for cancer patients and their families and carers.
Taking part in Dry July gives you the chance to also focus on yourself - notice your own drinking habits and the value of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
The Color Run is a 5km un-timed run, where thousands of participants are doused from head to toe in coloured powder at each kilometre.
You can spread the love, by choosing Cancer Council as your chosen charity when you sign up for the run. We’ll be on hand to help you with fundraising ideas and support the endless ways in which you can raise money to help beat cancer in the lead up.
