Why leave a gift in your will?

Each year, more than 9,400 people in South Australia are diagnosed with cancer. As the largest non-government funder of cancer research in South Australia, we are incredibly proud of the millions of dollars we have invested in ground-breaking research which has meant that over 61,000 lives have been saved over the past 20 years.

This life-saving work would not have been possible without the generosity of our community, with gifts in wills making up to 25 per cent of the money we receive.

Cancer Council SA remains committed to you

By leaving a gift to Cancer Council SA in your will, you give an incredible gift of hope. In return, you can be assured that we will invest your gift responsibly to maximise the contribution to cancer research, advocacy, prevention information and support services.

This means that countless South Australians will experience less devastation in their lives, thanks to your powerful and meaningful legacy.

We are changing the world every day, and with your support, we can move closer to a world where cancer is no longer feared, but seen as a preventable, treatable and manageable disease.
