  • Cancer Screening Checklist

The Cancer Screening Checklist aims to increase the participation of patients aged 50 years and older in bowel, breast and cervical cancer screening by prompting a discussion between GPs and their patients. Finding cancer at an early stage means better treatment options and survival outcomes for your patients.

To access the downloadable resources to support your practice, use the links below. To save on printing, free hard copies of the resources are also available to order. Please call 13 11 20 to order your copies today.

The Cancer Screening Checklist is a joint initiative between Cancer Council SA, Country SA PHN and the Australian Government.
