Six new cancer research projects funded
Since its inception, Cancer Council’s Beat Cancer Project has funded nearly 250 cancer research initiatives.
Eliminating cervical cancer
Australia is on track to eliminate cervical cancer by 2035, making us the first country in the world to do so.
Increasing survival rates
Around 69 per cent of people diagnosed with cancer in Australia are likely to survive for at least five years. This survival rate has increased by almost 20 per cent since 1990.
$4 of research was completed for every $1 donated.
Thanks to our partnerships, we're able to maximise the value of every donation.
