Prostate Cancer is the most common non-skin cancer of men in Australia. The disease can be treated in many different ways including surgery, radiation therapy, hormone treatments and chemotherapy. This infrastructure funding request seeks to support a registry capturing all men diagnosed with prostate cancer in South Australia and record their clinical and treatment details. This information can be used to benchmark the standard of care delivered in the state and also enable research projects.
