There is a desperate need for better cancer treatments. Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cell therapy is a patient-derived immunotherapeutic that has shown promising clinical efficacy, but only in a limited number of patients.

Our team will use cutting-edge cellular and molecular techniques to address key questions relating to CIK cell production and function, greatly increasing our understanding of CIK cell biology that will lead to improvements in patient management and outcomes.
