Bronte was born and grew up in Mypolonga, just outside Murray Bridge.

After losing a boss to ovarian cancer while working in politics, Bronte came to work at Cancer Council SA six years ago in an advocacy role. Since that time his role has expanded to include managing the social media for both Quitline SA and Quitline NT, and he is proud to now also work alongside the Quitskills team to reduce smoking rates.

“I’m passionate about reducing the disease burden of smoking across groups in society with high smoking rates including LGBTI, homeless and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations.”
