Together with the South Australian Relay For Life community, we have remained determined to celebrate, remember and fight back in 2020 despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, which is why we recently introduced a modified Relay Your Way 28km Challenge!

This fresh, flexible and new take on Relay For Life means South Australians can relay anytime, anywhere by simply setting a challenge to walk, run, roll or dance 28kms in honour of the 28 South Australians diagnosed with cancer every day. The challenge itself is easy—choose your location, register as an individual or in a team, set your 28km goal and complete it over your own timeframe—a day, a week, a month, as long as it is completed by your set date…it’s up to you! Walk, run, dance, skip, bike ride—it doesn’t matter what you do, it’s all about keeping the purple army alive for Relay, and making a difference by stepping out and raising funds to help make strides against cancer.

So far, the Relay Your Way 28km Challenge has proven to be a great way for people to still show their support and make a difference to the lives of South Australians impacted by cancer in their local community.
