What to expect on arrival

Check-in time: 2 pm
Check-out time: 10 am

• On arrival, our friendly receptionist will check you in to your accommodation, provide you with information regarding your travel subsidy (if required) and can assist with changes to your reservation or future bookings.
• We have dedicated volunteer concierges who can help with orientation to our site, taking luggage to your room, assist with bookings for transport to treatment and meals.  They can provide information on programs and services available at our facility and any local services you may require.
• Our Greenhill Lodge office reception hours are 7 am – 10 pm,  seven days per week, including public holidays.
• For additional safety and security, a night duty officer is available 10 pm – 7 am.
