Cancer Council Greenhill Lodge Accommodation
On site support and services
We provide support for guests and carers during their stay at Greenhill Lodge.
Social worker support
Social workers are available to discuss practical issues, provide information about services and offer a safe and confidential space to talk about some of the issues a cancer experience can bring.
Please enquire at Greenhill Lodge reception to make an appointment.
Social workers are covered by the Australian Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics and are required to meet the criteria Code of Conduct.
Transport to Treatment
We offer a free, limited volunteer run bus service – Transport to Treatment. The service travels Monday to Friday between Greenhill Lodge accommodation to major treatment centres. The service provides access to Royal Adelaide Hospital, St Andrews, Tennyson and Genesis Care Flinders.
Priority is given to guests requiring treatment, although carers are welcome to use the service space permitting.
Guests can enquire at reception if they require further information about Transport to Treatment and bus timetables.
