Volunteer

It takes many hands to take on cancer, and volunteers make our vital work possible. Volunteering is a great way to stay in touch with your community, and contribute your knowledge, skills and life experiences to support others. It is because of this kind support that we can continue to run life-saving prevention programs, fund groundbreaking research and provide vital services to those who need it most. Advocacy

Cancer Council SA’s purpose is to reduce the rate and impact of cancer for all South Australians. We advocate for policy change and program funding in our mission to improve outcomes for all South Australians. Our efforts amplify the voices of people impacted by cancer, and champion evidence-based research and data to drive meaningful impacts for the South Australian community.

Regional branches

Cancer Council SA Branches are the faces and voices of Cancer Council SA in regional South Australia. Branch members are passionate community supporters who join forces to raise funds and awareness for Cancer Council SA programs and services.
