Cancer prevention programs
Up to one in three cancers diagnosed are preventable. Cancer Council SA is committed to delivering a range of programs and campaigns to help South Australians reduce their cancer risk and find cancer early. We also advocate for healthier environments to reduce the risk of cancer for South Australians.
Funding world-class research
Cancer research drives progress. From prevention through to treatment, survivorship and care, Cancer Council SA is committed to investing in research to reduce the rate and impact of cancer for South Australians and the broader community.
Support for individuals and families
Navigating a new cancer diagnosis can be an incredibly challenging experience, and it can be hard to know where to turn. Cancer Council SA is here for all South Australians with a range of services and trustworthy information to help you through every stage of a cancer experience – from diagnosis to treatment and life after cancer.
