Thanks to the generous support of Cancer Council SA donors, the Dermoscopy Grant for GPs is now closed*.
Eligible South Australian GPs can now apply for this grant to receive a fully subsidised HEINE DELTAone dermatoscope.
This will help improve early detection of skin cancer, resulting in more South Australian lives saved and less unnecessary procedures.
Only GPs undertaking dermoscopy training through The Australasian College of Dermatologists, funded by Wellbeing SA, are eligible to apply for this grant.
The grant application should take approximately five minutes to complete.
Successful applicants are required to complete a two-hour RACGP accredited online module ‘Biopsy techniques, skin cancer prevention and vitamin D’ sponsored by Cancer Council Victoria.
Applications are now closed and successful applicants will be advised by email.
*The number of dermatoscopes available under this grant are limited and the grant will cease once they have been awarded under the terms of this grant.
