Method
- Place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, capsicum, olives and feta in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Combine balsamic vinegar, oil and cracked pepper. Pour over salad and stir through.
- Divide between two bowls and top with tuna. Serve with grainy crackers.
